Tempoh pencalonan untuk Majlis Pastoral Paroki (MPP) yang baharu akan diadakan pada hari Sabtu dan Ahad, 1–2 Ogos 2026, sejurus selepas katekesis terakhir pada setiap Misa.

Terdapat dua kategori pencalonan:

(a) Pencalonan Kumpulan Setiap pelayanan paroki, kerasulan, komuniti, pergerakan, jawatankuasa, atau organisasi digalakkan untuk mencalonkan tidak lebih daripada dua (2) ahli dari dalam kumpulan masing-masing.

(b) Pencalonan Umat Individu Umat berdaftar berumur 18 tahun ke atas boleh mengemukakan pencalonan.

Semua pencalonan hendaklah dihantar melalui Borang Google. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa persetujuan calon terlebih dahulu tidak diperlukan pada peringkat pencalonan.

Penapisan dan Pemilihan Selepas tempoh pencalonan ditutup, Jawatankuasa Ad Hoc akan menyemak semua pencalonan dengan teliti dan objektif mengikut kriteria pemilihan yang ditetapkan. Majlis Pastoral Paroki yang baharu akan terdiri daripada sekurang-kurangnya dua belas (12) ahli.

Maklumat lanjut mengenai proses pencalonan dan kriteria pemilihan akan diumumkan pada hujung minggu akan datang.

Marilah kita dengan penuh doa mengenal pasti mereka yang dipanggil Tuhan untuk melayani di komuniti paroki kita.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

The nomination period for the new Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) will be held on Saturday and Sunday, 1–2 August 2026, immediately after the final catechesis at each Mass.

There are two categories of nominations:

(a) Group Nomination Each parish ministry, apostolate, community, movement, committee, or organisation is encouraged to nominate no more than two (2) members from within their respective groups.

(b) Individual Parishioner Nomination Any registered parishioner 18 years of age and above may submit a nomination.

All nominations are to be submitted via the Google Form. Please note that the nominee’s prior consent is not required at the nomination stage.

Screening and Selection After the nomination period closes, the Ad Hoc Committee will carefully and objectively review all nominations according to the established selection criteria. The new Parish Pastoral Council will comprise at least twelve (12) members.

Further information regarding the nomination process and selection criteria will be announced during the coming weekend.
